UK Shipping

We have 2 shipping options for orders placed in the UK, both options can be selected at the checkout and the details are as follows…

  • Standard Shipping (2-4 Days)
    Cost Free
    Couriers Royal Mail, UPS, FedEx

  • Express Shipping (Next Day)
    Cost £4.99
    Couriers UPS, FedEx, DHL

All orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day. Almost all orders will require a signature on delivery.

International Shipping

Need your order fast? We offer an extremely fast DHL Express service on all international orders. We also offer a tracked mail economy service which is a great low cost option if you don’t mind the longer delivery time.

The shipping price varies depending on the size of the order and the destination country but it will be calculated at the checkout where you will be given the option which service you would like to select.

Returns

  • We now offer 60 day returns on all items which starts from the date you receive your order. All items must be returned unused in the original packaging unless it’s a warranty claim or a fault with one of our products, in which case please contact us first.

    If you have received an incorrect item please contact us and we will arrange for the item to be returned and cover any returns shipping costs if we are at fault.
